11/3/14 Weekly Update

Here is my update for the week.  Got a bit done during the last week.  This is from yesterday (Monday) after lunch.  I will be working on him again today.  Not sure on the remainder of the week though.
I work 5:00 to 4:30 the rest of the week, so I may be taking naps during lunch.  I will probably work on him tomorrow but not so sure about Thursday and Friday.
Hubby's birthday is this weekend and he is turning the big 40!  We don't really have anything planned.  I need to let him know that he needs to pick what he wants for dinner that night though.  If I cook or we go out, I don't care.  It's his birthday!!
Not much else is going on.  Oh!  For Jo who can't think of a clever nicknamethis is what a flag girl is:
Also called color guard.  These aren't my daughters school colors (or anyone I know for that matter), but it gives you an idea.  They are usually doing routines to the band music in parades and such.
Daughter dressed up as Harley Quinn for Halloween.
And I dressed up as a scarecrow.
That's it for now.  Thank you for reading/looking and have a great week!

  2. Great progress on your stitching.
Thanks for the photo! It looks like fun. I am guessing that you have majorettes in the States? The marching bands here usually have someone with a flat out in front or someone twirling a baton.
Your daughter looks great as Harley Quinn. Do you follow The Alychmyst's Study blog? Christine's daughters love that style of dressing up too.

I do not follow the Alychmyst's blog, I will have to look that one up!
    Thank you!
